3. Send your deposit cheque (?) to the address on the Contact Page.

Once we have receive both your booking form and deposit check we will send you a receipt for your deposit, written confirmation of your booking and a copy of your booking details for you to check.

If your booking is over £150 in value you will need to sign and return a booking contract. Once we've received your form we can send out the contract.

Also in this section add all other information that is relevant to your booking, e.g. special lighting requirements, usage of a smoke machine, etc. If you are booking a band or other type of act, please enter any specific timing arrangements you may have for the entertainer.

Musical Preferences:

Now you've completed the hardest part, press the 'send' button to send us your booking form. Now wait for the reply showing your entries for you to check.

We will now contact you by phone to confirm your booking, and also check that the entertainer you have requested is available for the date you've specified above (if you haven't already done the enquiry form). We will then require from you a deposit cheque, by post, for 15% of the total cost, to guarantee your booking. Finally we send you a confirmation letter with a printout of all the arrangements.
