Over the course of his career, Brian has based his act on the realisation that comedy has many faces. Accordingly Brian's act incorporates vocals and impressions but is predominantly stand-up.
Brian is Liverpool born, but southern based. His career has taken him to countless venues across the United kingdom and abroad, performing in Italy, Yugoslavia, Spain, Canada and America. Performing on the Thompson's circuit entailed fly backs to Corfu, Turkey and Tenerife to name but a few. The 5 star venues each held an audience capacity of approximately a thousand people.
Brian's extensive experience in theatre has been enhanced with the completion of his eighteenth pantomime. He has appeared with many stars including Les Dawson, The Roly Polys, Sue Pollard, Stefan Dennis from Neighbours, Sue Hodge and Arthur Bostrom from Allo Allo, The Nolans and more recently Nigel Pivaro from Coronation Street to name but a few. One of the highlights of Brian's career was an appearance with the cast of Coronation Street in a Gala Performance at the Opera House, Blackpool.
Although suited for Theatre and After Dinner Speaking, Brian's diary has consisted of Haven Camps and Private Parks, as his comedy is very family orientated but can be adapted to appeal to a more adult audience if required. Brian is fully self contained with his act on mini disc and can accommodate the use of reading musicians should the opportunity arise.
