Julien has entertained world wide from the UK, to troops in the Falklands Islands. Julien is a classically trained pianist who was born on the Isle of Wight. During 1972, Julien changed form playing piano to also playing Organ / Keyboard. He then started out by entertaining in clubs and old people's homes at the age of only 14. Since then he has gained a wide range of experience in the field of entertainment. 1977-82 After teaming up with a drummer to form a Vocal / Instrumental Duo, known as "Julien K Sound" they worked for various clubs, in London and The Home Counties. These agents often employed the duo to back shows with top acts such as Gary Wilmot, Frank Carson, Jimmy Cricket etc, and numerous vocalists. 1982-86 Julien branched out as a solo Keyboard / Piano entertainer in shows, hotels, clubs and pubs in The London and Home Counties area during the winter months, returning for the summer season to entertain in hotels on the Isle of Wight. During this period, - (in 1983) - Julien was employed to back a show which went out to entertain the armed forces in the Falkland Islands, then continued in 1984, by joining the cruise ship R.M.S. Centaur for a four-month trip as a solo Pianist / Keyboard / Vocal entertainer, sailing from the UK to Cape Town. 1986-91 Moving from the island to the main land in 1986, Julien worked successfully as a Keyboard / Piano / Vocal entertainer in the clubs, pubs and hotels of the South of England. 1991-2001 Julien returned to the Island once again where he currently entertains in various hotels for the Summer season and during the winter months has worked as a cocktail Pianist / Vcalist on P&O North Sea Ferries and P&O European Ferries. He is currently employed by Shearings Hotels, and other top Island Hotels. Julien can play music for listening and dancing, from the 20's through to the present era and is an adequate reader of sheet music.
