In April 1999 after a nationwide search for the U.K.'s best boogie woogie piano players, Peter and fellow piano player Adrian Dixon opened Birmingham's Jam House along with co-owner Jools Holland and his band. Peter and Adrian thrilled the capacity crowd with their high energy 'duelling pianists' routine and have subsequently gone on to create a national excitement with their stage and after dinner show.
