Having extensively cruised during the 1990's, the Polytones now entertain in hotels along the South Coast of England, performing at corporate dinner dances, Masonic Lodges, wedding and private functions.
Vocals, Guitar and Bass are performed live and the sound is further enhanced by MIDI technology and a high quality PA system.
Yvonne Lorraine is an extremely accomplished and experienced vocalist, equally at home on stage or in the studio. She has travelled the world performing cabaret, appearing in production shows and fronting bands. Yvonne's enthusiastic, fun approach to an audience normally wins them over!
Mick and Bob Williams have been professional session musicians for over 25 years, backing many known International cabaret acts and touring extensively throughout the UK, Switzerland , Spain, Italy, Germany and America. All Polytones tracks are arranged and produced by Mick and Bob.
The Polytones are experienced cruisers! During the 1990’s Polytones extensively cruised around the world. During this time they expanded on their repertoire to include all necessary styles of music to accommodate most cruise themes. Ballroom, Latin American, Old Tyme, Jive, Rock ‘n’ Roll and modern Pop Music are all covered.

Masonic Dinners
If you are looking for a Band for your Ladies Festival, you’ve found the right place. The Polytones work with or without a Toastmaster. If you do not require a Pianist, they can provide background music throughout your dinner to include Grace, Ladies Song and The National Anthem.
After Dinner and Speeches, they will provide you with suitable dance music to ensure a successful evening. To finish the evening they will end with the traditional Auld Lang Syne, For He’s A Jolly Good Fellow, (Land Of Hope And Glory, Rule Britannia) and The National Anthem.

Clubs and Associations
Sing along to your favourite songs (after bingo of course!). Enjoy a quickstep, waltz, rock ‘n’ roll. Jive, do the twist, line dance and any other dance you care to think of, all to your favourite songs from the fifties, sixties, seventies, right up to chart hits of today. Whatever you fancy we’ll do our best to play for your pleasure and entertainment and all at a sensible volume that doesn’t interfere with your conversation.
The Polytones are established, reliably and punctual with Public Liability Insurance and correct PAT Certificates for all their electrical equipment.
